Privacy Policy

Updated September 2026

Nodeblue is an applied AI research lab in St. Petersburg, Florida, and our work does not depend on collecting your data. This site is built to hold as little of your information as possible, and this policy explains the small amount it does: what we collect, how we use it, who helps us run the site, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, we would genuinely like to hear from you at contact@nodeblue.ai.

This policy covers nodeblue.ai. When an organization works with us on Nexus or another system, that relationship is governed by its own agreement, with privacy terms suited to operational data.

Information You Share With Us

Most of the information we hold arrived because you chose to send it. When you reach out through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message, along with your company and area of interest if you include them. When you apply for a role, we receive your name, email address, the role you are interested in, and your resume if you attach one. When you request access to Nexus, we receive your name, email address, company, and role. And when you email us directly, we receive whatever you write.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is doing: which pages people read, roughly where visits come from, and what kinds of devices they use. We use Google Analytics for this, which sets cookies in your browser. What we see are aggregated reports, not a record of any individual person's browsing. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of keeping the site running and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to respond to you: to answer your message, consider your application, or arrange Nexus onboarding. We use analytics to make the site better. That is the whole of it. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The Services That Help Us Run This Site

Three companies process data on our behalf, each doing one job. Cloudflare hosts the site and serves the pages you load. Resend carries form submissions to our inbox as email. Google provides the analytics described above. Each works under an agreement with us and none may use your information for its own purposes. Beyond these providers, we would only disclose information if the law required us to.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and nothing here depends on them. You are welcome to block cookies in your browser; every page will work exactly the same. If you would like to opt out of the measurement entirely, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How Long We Keep Information

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox while the conversation is active, typically until an inquiry or project is closed. Job applications are kept for up to one year in case a suitable role opens, and we will delete yours sooner if you ask. Google Analytics keeps its event-level data for two months, which is its default setting.

Your Privacy Rights

You can always ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nodeblue.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in Europe or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you further rights, and we are glad to honor reasonable requests wherever you are, whichever law applies.

Where Your Information Is Stored

We are a US company and our service providers store data in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred here and handled as this policy describes.

Children

This site is written for working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and if you believe a child has submitted a form, let us know and we will delete it right away.

How We Protect Your Information

The site is served over HTTPS, our form handlers validate what they receive, and access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed secure, which is one more reason we prefer to hold as little of your information as we can.

When This Policy Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly on this page rather than bury it.

Privacy Questions

If you have a question about this policy, about your data, or about anything privacy related that this page does not answer, write to us at contact@nodeblue.ai. A person reads every message.
