Terms of Service

Updated September 2026

These terms describe what you can expect from nodeblue.ai and what we ask of you in return. They exist so both of us know where we stand, and we have tried to write them so you can actually read them. By using the site you agree to them.

These terms cover the website, which is operated by Nodeblue from St. Petersburg, Florida. Access to Nexus and our other systems is governed by a separate written agreement with each customer, and where the two differ, that agreement is the one that counts.

Using the Site

You are welcome to browse the site, read and share what we publish, and use our forms for their intended purposes. In return we ask that you do not probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, submit forms in bulk or through automation, misrepresent who you are, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does these things so the site stays fast and available for everyone else.

Our Writing and Customer Stories

The blog posts and customer stories on this site describe our own work and what we have observed doing it. We publish them because we think they are useful, and we hope you find them so. They are general information, though, not engineering advice for your specific operation. Decisions about your equipment, processes, and safety systems remain yours, and anything you rely on should be verified against your own environment.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including the text, graphics, logos, visual designs, and code, belongs to Nodeblue or its licensors. You are welcome to quote from our writing with attribution and a link, and we appreciate it when you do. We ask that you not republish substantial portions of the site, use our name or marks to suggest an affiliation that does not exist, or copy the site's design.

What You Send Us

When you submit a form or write to us, you confirm that the information is yours to share and accurate to your knowledge. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our work, we may use them without obligation, simply because we may already be exploring similar directions. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Links to Other Sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We link to them because they are useful, but they have their own terms and policies, and your use of them is between you and those services.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate, current, and available, and we care that it is. Even so, the site is provided as is: we cannot promise it will always be free of errors, interruptions, or statements that time has passed by. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodeblue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to Nexus or our other systems is addressed in the applicable customer agreement rather than on this page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and when we do, we will revise the date at the top. Changes apply from the moment they are posted, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to you. If a change is significant, we will say so here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from them belong in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. If a dispute does arise, we would rather talk it through first, and we mean that.

Questions

If anything in these terms is unclear, or you want to do something with our content that they do not obviously allow, just ask. Write to contact@nodeblue.ai and a person will get back to you.
